Parcel 129E of the 183 South (Bergstrom Expressway) Project, a drainage and detention easement taking of approximately 3.874 acres, from approximately 109.65 acres of real estate, owned by RIC (Austin) LLC, and located at 3443 Ed Bluestein Blvd., Austin, TX 78721
